By signing, you are agreeing that the specification detailed is correct and accepted.
Any aspect of payment by the customer is deemed acceptance of our full Terms and Conditions.
All prices quoted are inclusive of 20% VAT unless otherwise stated.
Delivery cost is NOT included, unless otherwise stated.
We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards or BACS payments; we do not accept cheques. A lead time will be advised at the time of ordering. Any lead time quoted is approximate and intended as a guideline only.
All items are sold as NEW condition, unless specifically stated.
Landscape outbuildings:
Outbuildings are specific to each customer and therefore each order must be paid in full at the point of ordering.
Cancellation charges are unique to each supplier and therefore any cancellations made will be subject to the manufactures cancellation policy, however once a building has started the production process the supplier will unfortunately be unable to issue a refund.
Aquatic bespoke/special order goods:
Bespoke goods and special orders for goods that we do not currently stock will be subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit at the point of ordering with the balance due prior to delivery/collection. The deposit is non-refundable as goods specially ordered are subject to a cancellation fee from our supplier.
All goods, including aquatic tanks, cabinets, hoods etc must be inspected thoroughly before they leave the premises. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all goods are undamaged / unmarked prior to collection.
When customers collect their goods, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred whilst loading or during transport after loading. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure goods are loaded sufficiently and safely for the journey. All items must be loaded flat or to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Outdoor Leisure goods:
Special order goods will be subject to a cancellation charge. Goods that are delivered then required to be returned which are not faulty will be subject to a restocking charge and the cost of delivery and subsequent collection will be charged to the customer.
All electrical items are sold in sealed boxes and carry a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, unless stated otherwise (some manufacturers offer a longer period)
All other departments:
Any goods that are not current stock lines and have to be ordered in specifically may be subject to a restocking charge or exempt for a refund depending on the individual manufacturers returns policy.
